Using the PIE Method - Periphery, Immersion, Experience - we work at a deep level. Not just reframing thoughts, but recalibrating the responses that run before thought even begins.

Sessions are one-to-one, via Zoom, at a pace that works for you.

Left unaddressed, chronic stress has a long reach. How the process of 4 sessions typically unfolds


Session 1 - 90 minutes

The start of a breakthrough. We listen, we map what's happening, where it began, and what's keeping it in place. The first hypnotherapy work begins here - you'll likely notice a shift even after this session.

Session 2 - 60 minutes

We look at the shifts that are happening, strengthen new responses and begin calming the nervous system at a deeper level. Often new subject matter reveals itself, the work builds on what session one opened up.

Session 3 -60 minutes

We look at what has come up since we began, reinforce the changes already taking hold, and introduce simple tools you can use independently.

Session 4 - 60 minutes

Consolidation and lasting change. We anchor what's shifted, address anything that remains, and make sure you leave equipped to keep moving forward without me.
