Using a combination of Ericksonian hypnotherapy, the Jacquin method, and the PIE framework, we identify what the pattern is protecting or solving - and offer the nervous system something better. Change at this level tends to feel surprisingly effortless, because we're not fighting the pattern, we're reframing it by looking at the part of you who picked it up.

Sessions are available for adults and for younger clients, including children and teenagers dealing with habits, anxiety-linked behaviours, or phobias.

They were learned by your nervous system as a solution to something. They made sense once.

The problem is that the nervous system doesn't automatically update when the situation changes, unless you give it a specific reason to.

How the process of 4 sessions typically unfolds


Session 1 - 90 minutes

The start of a breakthrough. We listen, we map what's happening, where it began, and what's keeping it in place. The first hypnotherapy work begins here - you'll likely notice a shift even after this session.

Session 2 - 60 minutes

We look at the shifts that are happening, strengthen new responses and begin calming the nervous system at a deeper level. Often new subject matter reveals itself, the work builds on what session one opened up.

Session 3 -60 minutes

We look at what has come up since we began, reinforce the changes already taking hold, and introduce simple tools you can use independently.

Session 4 - 60 minutes

Consolidation and lasting change. We anchor what's shifted, address anything that remains, and make sure you leave equipped to keep moving forward without me.
